I’m the broker and owner/operator of The Apartment People. But, first and foremost I’m an Apartment Locator and have been helping people find apts in the Dallas area since 1993 and with my background in Property Management, that gives me over 30 years of experience in the industry. Because my client base is primarily “referral” driven, my philosophy is very “old school” when is comes to my approach to helping my clients with their apartment search. I provide outstanding personalized service to my clients and dig deep to help them narrow their search and then to do every bit of the leg work to make the most out of their time. I’m servicing both my client with the apt and the person who referred them, so I never want to disappoint. I specialize in the Richardson, Plano, Garland, Mesquite and surrounding markets, but am very versed in most all markets the metroplex.
